REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your KIZ LDN Merchandise order. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, we are happy to offer refunds on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Please let us know by emailing us at returns@kizldn.com.

We also ask that you cover the cost of returning them to us.  

We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package. We cannot accept items that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear.

We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.

KIZ LDN is the brainchild of two guys wishing to bring new concepts and new ideas to the Urban Kiz/Kizomba scene in London and the United Kingdom.

KIZ LDN is mainly known for organising and hosting the ever popular Sunday Event named THE SOCIAL. The concept of 7 hours continuous 100% Social Dancing on a Sunday afternoon was the first of its kind in the UK Scene.
